- This training will teach you the most important concepts of React.js and the ecosystem around it. It is a classroom training focused on as many practical assignments and examples as possible.
- The training is divided into phases in which the ratio between theory and practice is approximately 25 - 75. The practice consists of partial assignments alternated with class discussion of solutions, ideas, concepts and examples.
- Classes generally consist of approximately 6 participants. We consciously use this, it ensures that the instructor can provide a lot of personal attention. In addition to the instructor, a second BDC person may be present to assist.
This training is suitable for companies and developers who are interested in quickly developing responsive applications for the web and want to do so with the most widely used front-end library in the world, React.js. After the training, your interest will hopefully flare up into a passion! Some prior knowledge is required to follow the material.
For this training you need knowledge and experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS, at least at the level of the JavaScript Fundamentals training from BDC Academy or third parties. During the training it is assumed that this basis is present among the participants. Experience with other libraries or frameworks such as web components, Angular or Vue.js is useful but not necessary.
The purpose of the training is to learn how to build web applications with React.js.

Do you know what React.js is and how you can use it to develop an application for the web. - Have you become acquainted with the ecosystem and tooling surrounding React.js.
- Do you know what the core concepts of React.js entail (including properties, state, components, JSX, virtual DOM, composition and hooks.
- Know how to use React Router to set up navigation in an application Know what Redux is all about and how to combine the newer toolset Redux toolkit with React.js.
Do you know how to use the Material-UI component library to quickly develop an application?
